Larry J. Papincak M.D.
Larry J. Papincak M.D., 48, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away suddenly on Thursday, Oct. 24, 2002. He was born Sept. 11, 1954, in Uniontown, Pa., the son of Mary J. Mondrella and the late Joseph E. Papincak.
He was a member of St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church of Uniontown, Pa., and a member of the American Medical Association.
Dr. Papincak was Board Certified by The American Society of Anesthesiologists, and a member of the American Association of Disability Evaluating Physicians.
Dr. Papincak was formerly the Director of Anesthesiology at Uniontown Hospital, and had maintained a practice of pain management in Uniontown, Pa.
Besides his father, Dr. Papincak was predeceased by an infant brother, Joseph.
In addition to his mother, Mary J. Mondrella Papincak, Dr. Papincak is survived by his wife of 24 years, Rosemarie L. Pepe Papincak; four children, Nicole, Michael, Danielle and Lawrence Papincak, all at home; two sisters, Monica Frazier and her husband, Herb of Falls Church, Va., and Dr. Brenda Loren and her husband, Dr. Richard Loren of Morgantown, W.Va.; and one nephew and one niece, Benjamin and Deanna Loren.
Friends will be received in THE SKIRPAN FUNERAL HOME, 680 Cherry Tree Lane, Uniontown, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Prayer service will be held on Monday at 11 a.m., in the funeral home, followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:30 a.m., in St. Joseph’s R.C. Church, Uniontown, with the Rev. Fr. Alexander L. Pleban as celebrant. Interment will be in LaFayette Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made in Dr. Papincak’s name to The Livingstone City Mission, Uniontown, Pa. The Parish Family Vigil Service by the Ministry of Consolation will be held this evening at 6:30 p.m.
