Sentences
The following people were recently sentenced in Fayette County Court. Sentences for driving under the influence (DUI) involve a period of license suspension and generally require participation in the county’s Alcohol Safe Driving School and the Ignition Interlock Program once the license is returned. When included in a sentence, Intermediate Punishment (IP) allows defendants to serve a portion of their time on house arrest with electronic monitoring, and the remainder in a probationary-type capacity.
