Antoinette “Babe” Tyhonas McDonough Jordan, 74, of Newark, Delaware, and formerly of Granville, Pa., died Sunday, September 1, 2002. She was born March 31, 1928, in Brownsville, Pa., daughter of Joseph Tyhonas and Julia Peaz Tyhonas.

Her first husband, Marshall McDonough, second husband, Harold Jordan, four brothers, Pete, John, Samuel, and Steve Tyhonas, and parents preceded her in death.

Left to cherish her memory are her son and daughter-in-law, Joseph and Janice McDonough of New London, Pa.; brothers: Mike Tyhonas of Granville, Pa., and Nicholas “Mickey” Tyhonas of Beaver, Pa.; sisters: Mary Matty of Stockdale, Pa., and Helen Hall of Mesa, Arizona; three grandsons: Dr. Clark McDonough of El Paso, Texas, Christ McDonough and wife, Amy, of Phoenix, Arizona, and Matthew McDonough of New London, Pa.; and one great grandson, Preston McDonough of Phoenix, Arizona.

Family will receive Friends in the MARISCOTTI FUNERAL HOME INC., Anthony N. Mariscotti, Supervisor, 323 Fourth Street, California, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday, September 4, until 9:30 a.m. when a Blessing Service will be held.

A Mass of Christian Burial follows at 10 a.m. in St. Thomas Aquinas Roman Catholic Church, California, Pa., with Rev. Fr. Mark Skertich as Celebrant.

Interment will follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Coal Center, Pa.
