Laverne Duvall Dolak Wolpink, 72, a 38-year resident of Chesterton, Indiana, and formerly of Daisytown, Pa., passed away Sunday, September 1, 2002, in Porter Memorial Hospital, Valparaiso, Indiana. She was born December 19, 1929, in Marianna, Pa., daughter of Walter Duvall and Mary Jobes Duvall.

She married Stephen P. Dolak in 1945. He passed away in 1951. In 1952 she married Emil Wolpink. He passed away in 1976.

Also deceased are four brothers, Bertrum, Lawrence, John and Thomas Duvall, and her parents.

Survivors include three sons: Stephen J. Dolak and wife, Judy, of Valparaiso, Indiana, Thomas A. Dolak and wife, Connie, of Chesterton, Indiana, Emil C. Wolpink and wife, Lora, of LaPorte, Indiana; one daughter, Mary Ann Macyda of Eighty Four, Pa.; nine grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; one sister, Garnet Barnard of Marianna, Pa.; three brothers: Raymond Duvall of Washington, Pa., Glen Duvall of Charleroi, Pa., and Oliver Duvall of Adamsburg, Pa.

Visitation will be a the JOHN B. GREENLEE & ASSOCIATES FUNERAL HOME, 2830 Main Street, Route 40, Beallsville, Pa., on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. where Funeral Services will be held Friday, September 6, at 11 a.m.

Burial will follow in Beallsville Cemetery, Beallsville, Pa.
