Robert H. Bloom, 74, of Dunbar told state police that between midnight and 9 a.m. Monday a 20-foot section of green, plastic-coated cyclone fence was removed from his Green Street residence.

Bryner Lumber Co. told state police that their business was entered, the soda machine forced open and change removed but that the actors were caught on video surveillance cameras. The tape has been forwarded for processing and enhancement.

Albert Gallatin High School on Township Drive told state police that grass was damaged on school property between midnight and 6 a.m. Monday.

State police said that as William H. Gumpher of Westmoreland City and his passenger were traveling along Route 40 at 12:25 p.m. Gumpher’s 1980 Harley Davidson caught fire.

Gloria Jean Houseman, 44, of Uniontown told state police that a 24-year-old Uniontown man struck her in the mouth during an argument at Bierwood Acres.

Stoney R. Bonecutter of Uniontown was charged with harassment after he allegedly grabbed Shannon R. Joseph by the throat and shoved her to the ground after an argument at 3 a.m. Thursday on Pittsburgh Street, police said.

Thomas Andrew Jolliffe, 24, of Carmichaels was charged with public drunkenness after he was found asleep on the porch of Celli’s Personal Care Home at 2:58 a.m. Sunday.

Ralph Adamson, 44, of Mather alleged to state police that a 39-year-old Jefferson man slapped and struck him while they were inside Demaske’s Tavern at 11:03 p.m. Saturday.

Michael Anthony Ray, 23, of Morgantown, W.Va., was charged by state police with driving under the influence of alcohol after he was stopped on Interstate 79 and tests revealed a blood alcohol content of 0.215 percent.

Connie Cramer of Waynesburg told state police that her East Alley residence was entered between Aug. 16 and Sept. 1 and a 40-foot extension ladder and a Presto canner were taken.

Wayne Township officials told state police that a set of square snowplow lights and a plow hydraulic lift assembly were removed from a snowplow between Aug. 16 and 20.

Jeremy William Pyles of Waynesburg told state police that $9 was taken from the glove compartment of his vehicle between 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Center Township officials told state police that between Aug. 19 and 24 sections of aluminum bleachers were removed from the Center Township Park on Route 21.

Man charged
Blake Mitchell Tretinik of Brownsville was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, driving under suspension, driving with no insurance and other traffic violations after he allegedly pulled in front of Kathleen Kraft of Jefferson causing a collision that sent his vehicle into a utility pole in the parking lot of 77 Market on Route 188 at 3:45 p.m. Thursday.

Susan Kelley, 32, of Waynesburg was charged with harassment after she allegedly struck Heather Hodgson, 18, of Waynesburg in the face on Aug. 24.

State police in Belle Vernon said the are investigating alleged sexual communications between a 35-year-old man and a 14-year-old girl from Aug. 28 to 30.

Man arrested
City police arrested William Howard Thomas, 43, of 22 Millview St. with aggravated assault after he allegedly struck an officer in the chest Saturday at 5:40 p.m. after police responded to a domestic dispute at the residence. Thomas was arraigned and committed to the Fayette County Prison in lieu of $5,000 cash bond.

City police arrested Joseph Savage, 23, of 126 First St., West Leisenring, on Friday at 4:30 p.m. on a warrant for robbery and simple assault.

Stolen ATV wrecked
City police said a male who was riding an ATV through a yard on Trader Street at 7:35 p.m. Monday led officers on a chase to Coolspring Street where he hit a utility pole and escaped on foot.

State police in Uniontown said someone demolished a fence and a bulletin board with a vehicle at the Yough River Trail in Dawson between Aug. 24 and 27.

Three-vehicle accident
State police in Uniontown said Zachary Leyk, 18, of Ruffsdale, Judith Foster, 55, of Fairmont, W.Va., and Eric Vansickle, 19, of Markelysburg were involved in an accident on Route 119 at East End Road at 4:35 p.m. Friday. Foster suffered a sprained neck.

Charges filed
Police filed separate charges of public drunkenness and disorderly conduct on two separate occasions against Robin Lynn Black, 36, of 603 W. Crawford Ave. after she was allegedly found in an intoxicated state and causing a disturbance at her residence on Aug. 27. According to police, officers responded on two separate occasions to the residence.

Cedric Conrad, 19, of Lake Lynn told state police that between July 26 and Sept. 2 assorted tools were taken from his garage.

State police said no injuries were reported when Earl F. Frazier III of Masontown lost control of his Ford truck on Route 119 and struck three parked cars at 9:45 p.m. Sunday.

State police said a 16-year-old girl never returned to her Pechin Road home following a fight with her grandmother at about 5 p.m. Friday.

State police said no one was injured when vehicles operated by Carolyn M. Kaszowski, 19, of Dunbar and Tyson Keslar, 23, of Normalville collided on Route 119 at East End Road at 4:45 p.m. Saturday.

Runaway sought
State police are looking for information on the whereabouts of Taryn Louise Humberson, 14, of McClellandtown who was last seen at her family home at 9:15 a.m. Sunday. Humberson is described as a white female with darker complexion, 5-feet 2-inches tall, 105-pounds with shoulder length straight black hair. Anyone who has seen Humberson is asked to call state police at 724-439-7111.

One-vehicle accident
State police said no injuries were reported when Kenneth Fasano, 36, of Mount Pleasant lost control of his vehicle on Steel Street causing it to turn on its side at 2 a.m. on Aug. 26. Police said the accident is under investigation.
