Paul W. Fullem Jr.
Paul W. Fullem Jr., age 24 years, of Lancaster, Pa., and formerly of Smithfield, Pa., passed away suddenly Sunday, September 1, 2002, in Morgantown, West Virginia. He was born June 9, 1978, in Uniontown, Pa., the son of Diana Bahuriak Fullem and Paul W. Fullem Sr., currently of Lancaster, Pa., and also formerly of Smithfield, Pa.
Paul was a 1996 graduate of Albert Gallatin High School and was currently working in Lancaster.
He was a lifelong member of Uniontown Church of Christ and recently became a member of the Conestoga Valley Church of Christ in Lancaster, where he belonged to the Youth Group.
He loved music and was a musician and lead singer for the popular rock band, “Blind Tempest”.
His maternal grandfather, Steve Bahuriak, and paternal grandparents, Josephine and Arthur Fullem, preceded him in death.
He is survived by his parents, Paul W. Fullem Sr., and Diana Bahuriak Fullem of Lancaster, Pa.; one brother, Eric Fullem at home; maternal grandmother, Selma Bahuriak of Masontown, Pa.; and several aunts and uncles.
Friends will be received in the JOHN F. BROWNFIELD FUNERAL HOME OF SMITHFIELD, PA., today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Paul will lay in state from 10 to 11 a.m., in the Uniontown Church of Christ on Thursday, Sept. 5, when services will be conducted, with the Rev. Jeff Werkheiser officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Moriah Baptist Cemetery, Smithfield. In lieu of flowers, family and friends may make contributions to The Conestoga Valley Church of Christ Youth Group at 2045 Horseshoe Road, Lancaster, PA 17602.
