Minnie Ruth Alexander, 100, of Richardson’s Clarksville Rest Home, died Friday, Sept. 6, 2002, at 5:15 p.m., in Richardson’s Clarksville Rest Home. She was a personal chef for the singer, Pearl Bailey.

Surviving are two nephews; a great-nephew; and one great great-niece.

Friends will be received on Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2002 from 6 to 9 p.m., in the Little Zion Baptist Church, Jefferson, Pa., where services will be held at 11 a.m., on Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2002. Arrangements are by the Law Funeral Home, 135 Angle St., Brownsville, Pa.
