BROWNFIELD UNITED METHODIST CHURCH Willing Workers Class will meet at 7 p.m. Friday in the social hall. FAYETTE COUNTY POMOINA GRANGE 49 will meet at 10 a.m. Saturday for the quarterly meeting at Curfew Grange. Lunch will be served.
CARMICHAELS GRANGE will hold a pancake and buckwheat cake and sausage breakfast from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday at the grange hall. Cost is $4 for adults; $3 for children under 12.
UNITED CHRISTIAN CHURCH, Malden Crossroads, Coal Center, will hold a rummage sale Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Food and beverages will be available. Rummage items are being accepted. Pick-up is available by calling Pauline Vitchoff at 724-938-7410.
SPEAR REUNION will be held Saturday at the Mountain Fellowship Center, Flat Rock, beginning at 10 a.m. Lunch will be served at 1. Members are to bring covered dishes.
CALIFORNIA AREA GIRL SCOUTS will hold fall registration for Brownies, Juniors, Cadettes and Seniors from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday Registration will be held at the Little House, located under the National City Bank. Daisy registration will be held at a later date.
ST. GEORGE MARONITE CATHOLIC CHURCH, Uniontown, Ladies Guild, will sponsor a breakfast following the 8:30 and 10:30 a.m. Liturgies on Sunday.
