VANDERBILT CHURCH OF CHRIST, Center and Walnut streets, Vanderbilt, will hold a flea market and bake sale from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the church pavilion, rain or shine. Sandwiches and cold drinks will be sold. Cow patty bingo, benefit of the Ann Rockwell Berdar Cancer Fund, will be held Oct. 12 at the Albert Gallatin South Soccer Field, Route 166, New Geneva. Tickets are $10 each and may be purchased at Point Marion Food, Amy Lyne Restaurant, Exxon Station, Smithfield; Smithfield Hardware and the 857 Coffee Shop.

TRI-COUNTY BOROUGH ASSOCIATION will meet at the VFW Hall, 537 Ash Alley, Canonsburg. Canonsburg and Houston boroughs will host the meeting. Meal will be served at 7 p.m. followed by the meeting.

UNITED WAR VETERANS ASSOCIATION will meet at 8 p.m. Thursday at the Uniontown VFW Post 47, West Main Street.

WASHINGTON COUNTY FIREMEN’S ASSOCIATION will meet Saturday at the Weirton VFW 1 Fire Hall, Weirton, W.Va.

TAYLOR UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, 610 Old National Pike, West Brownsville will hold a spaghetti dinner from 12:30 to 5 p.m. Sunday. Meals are $5.50 for adults and $3 for children. Take-out orders will be available by calling 724-785-4646.
