Miss Aldine E. Patterson, 95, of Waynesburg, Pa., died Monday, Sept. 16, 2002, at Rolling Meadows Nursing Home at Waynesburg, following a lengthy illness. She was a graduate of Waynesburg High School and Waynesburg College, and received her Master’s Degree from West Virginia University.

Miss Patterson taught for 35 years in Greene County, the first three years in Whiteley Township, and the remaining years in Franklin Township.

She was the last of a family of eight children. Surviving are several nieces, nephews, grand and great grandnieces and nephews.

Friends will be received in the Behm Funeral Home Homes Inc., 182 West High St., Waynesburg, on Monday, Sept. 23, 2002, from 7 to 9 p.m., where services will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2002 at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Pursley Baptist Church.
