Capt. John Riley of the Salvation Army and his daughter, Marissa, brave Thursday’s wet weather to walk down Fayette Street in Uniontown. Umbrellas will come in handy today as Tropical Storm Isidore moves across the state. Heavy rain is expected to soak the district as a result.
