Richard L. “Rich” Miller, 55, of Lemont Furnace, Pa., died Thursday, April 3, 2003 in the Uniontown Hospital. He was born August 10, 1947 in Uniontown, Pa., son of William Miller and Margaret McColough Miller.

Mr. Miller was a Hot Roofer for the State of Nevada and a member of The Fraternal Order of Eagles in Connellsville, Pa.

Four brothers, Albert, Donald, William and John Miller, and parents preceded him in death.

Surviving are two children; two brothers: Marvan Miller and his special friend, Debbie Thorpe, of Lemont Furnace and Robert Miller of Baltimore, Maryland; several nieces and nephews; and three close friends: Jeff Timmons and Sandy and Tim Tasker.

“Rich” will be greatly missed by his Family and Friends!

Friends will be received in the JEROME W. SHELL FUNERAL HOME, 164 South Mount Vernon Avenue, Uniontown, Pa., this evening (Sunday, April 6) from 6 to 8 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at 8 p.m. with the Rev. Kenneth Jones officiating.

Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the family.
