Stephen “Albert” Dunay, 76, of Bloomingdale, New Jersey, and formerly of Uniontown, Pa., passed away on Tuesday, April 1, 2003 at his home. He was born on December 2, 1932 in Uniontown, Pa., son of George Dunay and Susan (Barron) Dunay.

Albert had retired from Ford Motor Company in New Jersey.

While he resided in Uniontown he was a member of St. Mary (Nativity) Roman Catholic Church.

He was also a peacetime era Veteran.

His parents, brothers, George Dunay, Martin Dunay, and sisters, Catherine “Kay” Dunay and Pauline Faris, preceded him in death.

Surviving are a brother and four sisters: Paul “Pete” Dunay, Helen Yanick, and Anne S. Dunay all of Uniontown, Pa., Elizabeth Style and Agnes Dunay both of Baltimore, Maryland; 10 nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and great nephews.

Friends will be received in the STEPHEN R. HAKY FUNERAL HOME INC. AT SYLVAN HEIGHTS CEMETERY, A Dignity Memorial Provider, 603 North Gallatin Avenue Extension, Uniontown, Pa., on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday, April 9, until 11 a.m. when a Blessing Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Fr. Micah E. Kozoil officiating.

Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Uniontown.
