Eugene Ronald Geary, 75, of Ursina, Pa., died Saturday, April 5, 2003 at his home. He was born October 31, 1928 in Latrobe, Pa., son of Merle Vincent Geary and Katherine Ferry Geary.

Eugene was a United States Navy Veteran of the Korean War and retired Pharmaceutical Salesman.

His first wife, Jean Kirk Geary, brothers, Robert and Leonard Geary, and parents preceded him in death.

He is survived by his wife, Betty Sutton Geary; a son, Kirk Geary of Warren, Pa.; a daughter, Susie Long of Latrobe, Pa.; stepchildren: Darlene Harrington, Chicago, Illinois, Donna Jean Smith, Champion, Pa., Debra Rugg, Confluence, Pa., Carla Smith, Hagerstown, Maryland, David Williams, Confluence, Pa., and Daniel Williams, Markleysburg, Pa.; six grandchildren; 12 step grandchildren; and five step great grandchildren.

There will be no viewing or visitation.

A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, April 10, at 11 a.m. in Confluence United Methodist Church with the Rev. Peter Foreman officiating.
