Donald Gabor Sr.
Donald Gabor Sr., 70, of Dickerson Run, Pa., died Wednesday, April 9, 2003 in Forbes Hospice, Pittsburgh, Pa. He was born April 2, 1933 in Star Junction, Pa., son of Lewis Gabor and Mary Uhrin Gabor.
Donald was a United States Army Veteran of the Korean War, member of the Sokol Club, and did construction work most of his life
He is survived by four children: Donald Gabor Jr. of Morningside, Maryland, Cindy Busick and husband, Kevin, of Mechanicsville, Maryland, Carol Lofink and husband, Bill, of Fayette City, Pa., and David Gabor of Lusby, Maryland; six grandchildren: Elysia Busick and Brandon Busick both of Mechanicsville, Maryland, Billy Lofink, Patrick Lofink and Michelle Lofink all of Fayette City, and Gabrielle Bateman of Mechanicsville, Maryland; one sister, Shirley Ugolini of Star Junction, Pa.; and his companion, Dolores Connell of Dickerson Run.
Friends will be received in the RALPH E. GALLEY FUNERAL HOME, Railroad Street, Dawson, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday, April 12, until 10 a.m., the hour of the Blessing Service with Rev. Fr. Terry Hercik officiating.
Interment will follow in St. John’s Cemetery, Scottdale, Pa.
Wake Service will be held this evening at 8:45 p.m.
Visitation was also held Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m.
