Harry James “Jim” Miller, age 75, of Masontown, Pa., passed away on Wednesday, April 9, 2003 in Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, West Virginia. He was born July 12, 1927 in Dunbar, Pa., the son of Martha B. Craig.

“Jim” was a United States Army World War II Veteran.

He was a retired Custodian from Albert Gallatin School District and was most recently employed as Cemetery Maintenance Supervisor at McClellandtown Presbyterian Church, Church Hill Cemetery.

He was predeceased by his wife, Agnes N. (Upole) Miller in 1992, a sister, Martha F. Miller, and his mother.

He is survived by three sons: James “Bill” Miller of Masontown, Gene Miller and his wife, Pat, of McClellandtown, Pa., and Rodney Miller and his wife, Delores, of McClellandtown; eight grandchildren: Jason, David, Robert, Rodney Jr. and his wife Jody, Shelly and her husband Paul, Jeremiah, Daniel and Sheri; four great grandchildren: Allison, Jeremiah Jr., Paul Jr. and Lyndsae; and a brother, William Miller.

Friends will be received in the H. DAVID McELROY FUNERAL HOME, 803 Main Street, McClellandtown, Pa., today (Friday, April 11) from 1 to 8 p.m. Funeral Services will be conducted at 8 p.m. in the Funeral Home with Pastor Rebecca Drover officiating.

Interment will be private in Church Hill Cemetery, McClellandtown.
