ASBURY UNITED METHODIST WOMEN will attend an Upper Room Meal at 6 p.m. Wednesday in Wesley Parlor. UNIONTOWN SUB-DISTRICT UNITED METHODIST WOMEN spring meeting will be held April 24 at the Brownsville First United Methodist Church. Registration is at 4 p.m. Program begins at 4:30. Speaker is Tina Whitehead who will speak on “Hope Camp for Children.’ Dinner is $6.50. Officer workshops will follow dinner. Dismissal is at 8:30 p.m. Checks for reservations should be made out to United Methodist Women, and sent to Brownsville First United Methodist Church, Ruby Baker, 708 Sixth Blvd., Brownsville, Pa. 15147. Reservations are due by Thursday.

SOUTHWESTERN PENNSYLVANIA CHIEFS AND ASSISTANT CHIEFS ASSOC. will meet at 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Hiller Fire Department. The May 21 meeting will be held at the Hopwood Fire Department.

BROWNSVILLE WOMEN’S DEMOCRAT CLUB will meet from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Brownsville House, 310 Cadwallander Street, Brownsville. At 7 p.m., the club will host Candidate Night. All political candidates are invited. Refreshments will be served.
