Joseph Mikel Hull
Joseph Mikel Hull, 85, of Farmington, Pa., passed away Monday, April 14, 2003 at his home.
He was born September 24, 1917 in Wharton Township, Pa., son of the late Jonathan and Catherine Lewis Hull. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his wife Florence Hull; two brothers Wilbur Hull and Charles Hull; one sister Frances Thomas and a great granddaughter Megan Fordyce.
Joe was a veteran of World War II, serving in North Africa, Italy and Germany.
Surviving are ten children; Catherine Myers and husband John of Goodrich, Texas, Richard Hull and wife Linda, Donna Fordyce and husband Donald, James Hull and wife Susie all of Farmington, Mrs. Gisele Fears and Jimmy Phillips of Smithfield, Martin Hull and wife Nora of Farmington, Rosemary Verasko of Rices landins, Robin Holm and husband Darren of Goodrick, Texas, Adam Hull and wife Cathy of McClellandtown and Christopher Hull of Farmington; 19 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; one brother Jonathan Hull Jr.; two sisters Mary Hull and husband John of Farmington and Rose Funkhouser and husband Ted of Baltimore, Md., also a very close friend Edna Dressel of Uniontown.
Friends will be received in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, Farmington, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday until 11 a.m., the hour of service.
Interment will be in Christ Lutheran Cemetery, Chalk Hill, Pa.
AMVETS Post 103 Hopwood will conduct military services at the graveside.
