Hercik-Bowlin
James and Deborah Hercik of Uniontown announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Renee Hercik, to Joshua Charles Bowlin of Confluence. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Joseph and Ethel Hercik, also of Uniontown.
She is a 1996 graduate of Laurel Highlands High School and a graduate of California University of Pennsylvania. She holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and has earned a master’s degree in the reading specialist program. She is employed with the Uniontown Area School District.
Her fianc’ is the son of Terry and Kay Bowlin of Confluence and the grandson of Carl and Neva Bowlin also of Confluence.
He is a 1996 graduate of Uniontown Area High School and currently a senior at California University of Pennsylvania in the elementary education program.
The couple is planning a July 17, 2004 wedding.
