Donald Franks of Masontown, who was charged with harassment after he reportedly shoved and tried to choke Donald Wilson of Smithfield Saturday at 3:30 p.m., was not Donald (Doc) Franks, 65, of 518 N. Water St., Masontown. The state police report only identified the man as Donald Franks of Masontown and offered no age or street address.
