Donald Franks of Masontown, who was charged with harassment after he reportedly shoved and tried to choke Donald Wilson of Smithfield Saturday at 3:30 p.m., was not Donald (Doc) Franks, 65, of 518 N. Water St., Masontown. Also, Donald Wilson of Smithfield is not Donald (Donnie) Wilson or Donald (Buck) Ray Wilson of 8 Haydentown St. Smithfield.

The state police report only identified the men as Donald Franks of Masontown and Donald Wilson of Smithfield. Police offered no age or street address.
