Martha J. “Marty” Davis Hawkins, R.N.
Martha J. “Marty” Davis Hawkins, R.N., 47, a resident since 1994 of Waynesburg Pa., formerly of New Orleans, Louisiana, Dallas, Texas, San Diego, California, and Louisville, Kentucky, who graduated in 1997 from Mercy Hospital School of Nursing in Pittsburgh, Pa., graduated from the University of California at San Diego, attended Western Kentucky University, and graduated in 1973 from Atherton High School in Louisville, Kentucky, and was born in Louisville, Kentucky, died Sunday, April 27, 2003 in Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, West Virginia. On March 7, 1981 she married James M. Hawkins, who survives. Also surviving are four children: Sara Anne Hawkins, Mary Elizabeth Hawkins, James Davis Hawkins and Robert Phillip Hawkins all at home; and her mother, Myrtle Boggs Davis of Louisville, Kentucky.
Friends will be received in the Behm Funeral Homes Inc., 1477 Jefferson Road, Jefferson, Pa., Gregory P. Rohanna, Supervisor, this evening from 7 to 9 p.m., Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and Thursday, May 1, until the Service at 10 a.m.
