Charles Allen Lasko, 25, of Carmichaels, Pa., died Saturday evening, August 2, 2003 in Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, West Virginia, as a result of an accident at Muddy Creek Falls in Carmichaels on Saturday, July 26.

Arrangements will be announced by the Yoskovich Funeral Home, Martin J. Yoskovich, Funeral Director, 300 South Vine Street, Carmichaels.
