Drug arrests
City police arrested three people on drug charges after responding to a report of a disturbance Monday night in an apartment at 58 E. Fayette St. Larry Keith Bowman, 37, of 68 N. Gallatin Ave., was charged with possession of cocaine, possession with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Kimberly Cahill, 39, of 116B Pittsburgh St., and Pepsi R. Gaines, 24, no known address, were charged with possession of cocaine and possession of paraphernalia.

Citations issued
An adult and three juveniles were cited after a crowd of 100 to 150 people formed in the area of 61 Pershing Court at 10:18 p.m. Monday, city police said. State police assisted in dispersing the crowd.
Norman H. Craggette, 55, of 70 Carlisle St. was cited for failure to disperse and resisting arrest. Two juveniles were cited for disorderly conduct and another juvenile was cited for defiant trespass and harassment.

Attempted theft
Someone unsuccessfully attempted to steal a 1967 Kenworth truck from Dennis Truck and Equipment sales on Wynn Road between 3 p.m. Sunday and 8 a.m. Monday, state police said.

Women cited
Tina L. Miller, 23, of 9 McArthur Terrace and Misty Thomas, 26, of 16 Wilson Ave. were cited for disorderly conduct and harassment for threatening each other at 3:27 a.m. Tuesday along South Street, city police said.

Line damaged
City police said a Verizon employee reported Monday at 4:40 p.m. that a phone line at 15 W. Kerr St. that serves about area 600 customers was damaged with a bullet. Repair costs were $1,500.

Someone broke off two trees along Independence Street between 11 p.m. Monday and 2 a.m. Tuesday, borough police said.
