George H. Balsinger Sr.
George H. Balsinger Sr., age 89 years, of Uniontown, Pa., died Thursday, August 7, 2003 in LaFayette Manor Inc., Uniontown.
He was born December 26, 1913 in Fairchance, Pa., son of the late Lindsay Ray Balsinger and Frances Bricker Balsinger.
Surviving are three children: Patricia Stillerman of Wellsboro, Pa., Frances Caress of Tulare, California, and George Balsinger Jr. of West Virginia; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; a brother, Lee Balsinger of Fairchance, Pa.; and a sister, Phyllis Kelly of York Run, Pa.
The Family will receive Friends in the DEAN C. WHITMARSH FUNERAL HOME, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa., on Monday evening, August 11, from 6 to 8 p.m. followed by a Time of Reflection of His Life from family members.
Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
