Vilk-Wadsworth
Shawna Rae Wadsworth and Craig Philip Vilk were united in marriage on June 21. The Rev. James Tweardy officiated the service at the Third Presbyterian Church, Uniontown.
The bride is the daughter of Jacqueline Wadsworth of Uniontown. The bridegroom is the son of Lawrence and Barbara Vilk of Uniontown.
The bride was escorted to the altar by her uncle, John Hart.
The bride wore a white satin A-line gown featuring elaborate beading and cutout lace detailing. A rhinestone tiara held an elbow-length veil.
Maid of honor was Rebecca Carrigan. Bridesmaids were Lisa Vilk, Danielle Smith and Stephanie Hart. The flower girl was Abigail Smith.
The best man was Jason Colaiuta. Groomsmen were Nicholas Babko, Jerry Baniowski and Jonathan Hart.
A reception was held at Lakeside Party Center.
The bride is a 1998 graduate of Uniontown High School.
She graduated in 2001 from California University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. She is currently employed as a substitute teacher.
The bridegroom is a 1995 graduate of Uniontown High School. He graduated in 1999 from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in medical technology. He is currently employed at Monongahela Valley Hospital as a medical technologist.
The couple honeymooned in Tucson, Ariz.
The couple resides on McClellandtown Road, Uniontown.
