John Thomas Cermak
John Thomas Cermak, 54, WB3DOD, of Republic, Pa., 1967 graduate of Brownsville Area High School and member of W3PIE Amateur Radio Club where he was Club Secretary for 20 years, passed away Saturday, August 16, 2003 in Monongahela Valley Hospital Inc., Carroll Township, Washington County, Pa. He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Helen D. DeMay Cermak Rosiek of Charleroi, Pa.; his wife, Karen Louise Ellsbury Cermak; daughters: Brenda Lee Cermak, Republic, Pa., and Johnetta Louise Cermak, Canonsburg, Pa.; Grandchildren: Michael Shane Kulha, Haylee Nicole Kulha and Amber LuAnn Myers; brothers: Michael Cermak, Waynesboro, Pa., James Cermak, Ashtabula, Ohio, Harry Cermak, Richard Cermak and Walter Cermak all of Republic, Pa.; nieces, nephews, and many, many friends.
