Nellie E. Minor Armstrong, 95, of Newark, Ohio, and formerly of Jefferson, Pa., beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother and Homemaker, died Saturday, August 16, 2003 in Newark Health Care Center, Newark, Ohio. She is survived by eight children: Robert C. Armstrong of Bloomingdale, Ohio, Gerald M. Armstrong of Honolulu, Hawaii, John S. Armstrong of Newark, Ohio, June Armstrong Robinson of Jefferson, Pa., Gertrude Armstrong Bascomb of Golden Valley, Arizona, Carol Armstrong Cline of Newark, Ohio, Gwen Armstrong Strickland of Lilburn, Georgia, and Luci Armstrong Parsons of Denver, Colorado; 25 grandchildren, 47 great grandchildren and 13 great-great grandchildren. She was the last member of her immediate family.

Friends will be received in the Behm Funeral Homes Inc., 1477 Jefferson Road, Jefferson, Pa., Gregory P. Rohanna, Supervisor, on Tuesday, August 19, from 10 a.m. until the Service at 11 a.m.
