ARD program
The following people have been admitted to Fayette County’s Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) program. Participation does not indicate an admission of guilt, and after the period given by the court is served, those admitted can petition to have their record expunged. ARD is generally for first time, non-violent offenders. Sentences involving driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) require a period of license forfeiture and all ARDs generally require a term of 50 hours of community service.

James Milton Morgan, 78, of Belle Vernon was admitted to ARD for 12 months for DUI.
Michael Louis Bilski, 50, of Monessen was admitted to ARD for 12 months for DUI.
Chad Ryan Sleith, 26, of Connellsville was admitted to ARD for 24 months and ordered to make restitution of $1,818.00 to Staples for theft by unlawful taking.
Lenny Ray Lancaster, 27, of Bentleyville was admitted to ARD for 12 months for DUI.
Brian Lee Kutek, 30, of Fairbank was admitted to ARD for 12 months for DUI.
Tammy Louise Voytovich, 45, of Grindstone was admitted to ARD for 12 months for DUI.

William Joseph Andrews, 19, of Connellsville was admitted to ARD for six months and ordered to make restitution to New Haven Hose Co. and Connellsville Fire Department equal to $200 per response for false alarm to agency of public safety.
