LADIES AUXILIARY to the North Union Fire Department will hold their annual picnic at 7 p.m. Thursday at the home of Sheila Klink. WASHINGTON COUNTY FIREMEN’S ASSOCIATION will meet at 8 p.m. Friday at the Canonsburg Fire Department.
AL-ANON meets in the basement of Trinity Presbyterian Church, corner of Morgantown and Fayette streets at 8 p.m. Wednesdays. Use Fayette Street entrance. It is open to those effected by someone’s drinking.
FAYETTE YOUTH HOCKEY ASSOCIATION will hold a NASCAR cash bash from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday at Divito Park, Leisenring. Tickets are $20. Big screen television and cash will be given away. Tickets can be obtained by calling Divito Park at 724-626-1400 or 724-439-5543.
AMERICAN LEGION POST 51, North Gallatin Avenue, Uniontown, will hold a dance Thursday from 8 p.m. to midnight. A DJ and karaoke will be featured. Members and guests are invited.
NEARLY NEW SHOP, located in the basement of the Hopwood United Methodist Church, will be open from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. today.
ALZHEIMER’S DISEASE SUPPORT GROUP based at the Center in the Woods, Route 88 South, California, will meet from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Thursday.
