Mary Lou Webster
Mary Lou Webster, 75, of Grindstone, Pa., died Monday, December 1, 2003, in the Brownsville General Hospital. She was born on May 24, 1928, in Grindstone, Pa., the daughter of the late James H. and Sara Hugland Harvey.
Mary Lou was a member of the First Christian Church of Grindstone, Pa., the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Post 295, and a member of the 8 and 40 Salon 105, Fayette County.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert H. Webster; and an infant son, Kenneth Patrick Swift.
She is survived by three children: James Wayne Swift and wife, Debi of Grindstone, Pa., Sara (Ann) Bookshar and husband, Barry of Brownsville, Pa., and Candace (Lee) Boyd and husband, Gary of Grindstone, Pa.; four grandsons: Jason Swift and wife, Melissa, Barry Bookshar, Gary Boyd and wife, Monica, and Jared Swift; two great grandchildren: Hailey and Jacob Swift; someone special, Etienne Ross; numerous nieces and nephews; and eight brothers and sisters: James Harvey, Kenneth Harvey, William Harvey, Samuel Harvey, Betty Jane Aldridge, Sara Elizabeth Matty, Evelyn Louise Vaji, and Alva (Butch) Harvey.
Friends will be received in the SKIRPAN FUNERAL HOME, 135 Park St., Brownsville, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m., where a Funeral Service will be held Friday at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Michael Helms officiating. Interment will be in LaFayette Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First Christian Church of Grindstone, Pa.
