ARD program
The following people have been admitted to Fayette County’s Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) Program. Participation does not indicate an admission of guilt, and after the period given by the court is served, those admitted can petition to have their record expunged. ARD is generally for first time, non-violent offenders. Sentences involving driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) can require a period of license forfeiture and all ARDs generally require a term of 50 hours of community service.
