Virginia “Jean” (Smitley) Rabatin of Uniontown, Pa., passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2003. Friends are invited to the STEPHEN R. HAKY FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL at Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown, a Dignity Memorial Provider, for a prayer service today at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Bill Large officiating.
