Garnet J. Linderman
Garnet J. Linderman, 79, of Wind Ridge Pa., formerly of South Connellsville, died Sunday, Dec. 14, 2003, at her home. She was born March 3, 1924, in Connellsville a daughter of the late Donald A. and Naomi V. Lytle Slanders.
Garnet had been living in Wind Ridge since 2000, and attended the Nebo United Methodist Church in Wind Ridge. Prior to her retirement, she worked as a Carton Maker for the Anchor Hocking Glass Plant in South Connellsville.
Garnet is survived by her loving son, Calvin Linderman and his wife Darlene of Crucible; four grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and two sisters Dorothy Lipsanski of Harrisburg, and Regina Clark of Uniontown.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, James R. Linderman on Oct. 4, 2000.
It was Garnet’s request that there be no viewing. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date, at the Nebo United Methodist Church in Wind Ridge. Arrangements are under the direction of the BROOKS FUNERAL HOME INC., 111 E. Green St., Connellsville. www.brooksfuneralhomes.com
