Charges pending
Charges of criminal mischief are pending against a juvenile female for an incident that occurred on Lemon Street at 8:53 p.m. Sunday, city police said.
The female allegedly went to the home of Melissa Simpson, argued with Simpson, pushed her to the ground and broke the front window in her home.

Porch struck
Todd McKosky of Walnut Street reported to city police at 7:23 p.m. Sunday that a black pickup truck with a metal toolbox on the back struck and damaged a wooden column on his porch sometime Sunday.

Accident reported
No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Penn Street and North Gallatin Avenue at 12:26 a.m. Monday, city police said.

Dog killed
State police at Belle Vernon said Bobbi Lynn Oldland, 29, of 452 Hickory Square Road, Connellsville reported that someone shot and killed her 7-year-old dog between Saturday afternoon and Sunday at 4:30 p.m.

Man arrested
State police arrested Joshua Michael Schiffbauer, 21, of Uniontown Saturday for public drunkenness. Police alleged he was at the Sheetz gas station along Route 40 at the time of his 2:10 a.m. arrest.

Two charged
A Dunbar couple was charged with endangering the welfare of a child by state police after authorities found they allegedly left their 10-year-old daughter at home for 11 hours while they were at a local bar drinking.
Allen J. Clark Jr., 34, and Cheryl Diane Clark, 42, allegedly left the unidentified youngster at their Ridge Boulevard home from 5:30 p.m. on Sunday until 3:45 a.m. on Monday.
Police also charged the Clarks with simple assault and harassment after the two allegedly assaulted one another during a domestic dispute at their home early Monday morning.

Window damaged
Paul Kenneth Saletrik, 29, reported to state police that the rear window of his 2000 Ford Mustang was damaged on Sunday around 2:30 a.m. The vehicle was parked at 1230 West Penn Blvd.

Man cited
State police cited Clark E. Rhoades Jr., 35, of Normalville for harassment Sunday after he allegedly hit Tammy Ann Martell. Rhoades was also cited for criminal mischief after he allegedly damaged unspecified property at 39 Buttermilk Hollow Road, said police.

Accident reported
State police said Raymond Jordan of Uniontown hit a bridge along Route 119 Sunday around 3:30 p.m. Police did not verify the specific area of the accident in a report.

Vehicle stolen
State police said Barbara Ann-Louise Adams, 61, of Uniontown reported her 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee stolen from a Walnut Hill Road driveway between Saturday evening and Sunday at 12:15 a.m. The license plate number is EJZ4194, said police.

Woman charged
State police charged Gloria J. Hissem of Normalville with harassment after she allegedly hit an unidentified juvenile in the mouth and then pushed the youngster to the ground at a Clinton Road home on Sunday.

Threats reported
State police are investigating alleged threats made when a known suspect pointed a handgun at Marnie Faust, 35, of Uniontown on Friday around 1 a.m. at an Independence Avenue home.

Warrant served
State police said a Crawford County Probation warrant was served on Sean Michael McIlveen, 27, Saturday around 2:45 a.m. along Skyline Drive. The release did not specify the nature of the warrant.

Quad stolen
John Hosler of 1609 Water St. told Brownsville police that several juveniles entered his garage and removed his son’s quad around 1:47 p.m., Sunday. The quad was recovered in Hiller. Charges are pending against an adult believed to be involved in the incident. Hosler said he is offering a $500 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of any adult involved in the theft.

Assault investigated
Shawn Martin told Brownsville police that a man got out of a car and hit him in the head with a pipe in the NAPA store parking lot Sunday at 1:30 a.m.
Police said the incident is under investigation.

Patty Jellots of 20 Playford Ave., Brownsville told police that someone took a gold grapevine deer from her yard. The incident was reported Saturday at 9:30 a.m. The decoration was valued at $40.

Criminal mischief
Mary Wertz of 68 South Hills Terrace told Brownsville police that all four tires on her car were flattened. Police said the sidewalls were cut with a knife. Damages were estimated at $250.

Two arrested
Brownsville police arrested two men on drug-related charges Saturday at 1:50 a.m.
The arrests occurred at 73 Frick St. while police were searching for a man who had been reported missing. Arrested were Thomas Barry White, 43, of 337 Braddock Ave., Uniontown for possession of marijuana and Ronald Sliger, 41, of South Carolina for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cocaine.

Charges pending
Charges of simple assault and criminal mischief are pending against a man who allegedly used his vehicle to intentionally ram the back of a vehicle owned by Mike Moskal Jr., 66, of Belle Vernon while Moskal was plowing a driveway on Happy Valley Road at 7:55 p.m. Sunday, state police at Belle Vernon said.
During the incident, Moskal’s 1980 Chevrolet truck sustained a dented tailgate, damaged bumper and broken taillight, police said.

No one injured
No injuries were reported in a one-vehicle accident on a legislative route at 9:45 a.m. Sunday, state police at Belle Vernon said.
A vehicle driven by Michael Olinzock of Perryopolis was traveling north on Route 4003 when it went off the road due to heavy snow on the road, police said.
The vehicle sustained minor damage, according to police.

Hit-and-run reported
A vehicle parked in a driveway on Yasenosky Road was struck by another vehicle at 11 p.m. Friday, state police said.
The accident occurred when the driver of the hit-and-run vehicle apparently lost control, ran off the road and struck the vehicle, owned by Philip Wolfe of Smithfield, and then fled the scene.

Pedestrian struck
A 26-year-old woman suffered minor injuries when two vehicles collided in the parking lot of Wal-Mart and one of the vehicles struck her at 5:08 p.m. Monday, state police said.
Police said the vehicles were driven by Robin Harbarger, 26, and Betty Dillow, 46. Police said Dillow’s vehicle was then pushed into Melissa Dillow, who was taken to Uniontown Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

Two Connellsville men were cited for harassment for an incident that occurred at Springfield Pike at 3:30 p.m. Monday, state police said.
James L. Earnesty and Robert A. Swank were reportedly fighting over a girl, police said. No injuries were reported.

Two charged
Belinda Keener and Joshua Adams, both 22 and of Carmichaels, were charged with disorderly conduct after the two allegedly engaged in a very loud verbal dispute that included throwing items at the 200 building in Park View Knoll around 1:30 a.m. Friday, said state police.

Charges filed
State police filed charges of public drunkenness and disorderly conduct against Ryan Richard Rapoza, 20, and Justin Paul Wiggins, 35, both of Kalkaska, Mich.
Police filed the charges after the two allegedly fought at the Econo Lodge Motel on Miller Lane and destroyed a window in Room 126 valued around $400 around midnight Sunday.
