Loretta M. Briskie
Loretta May Mallory Briskie, 78, of Uniontown, Pa., died Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2003, at her residence. She was born Jan. 6, 1925, in Masontown, Pa.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Victor (Jack) Briskie; and two sisters.
Surviving are a son, Tod Victor Briskie and his wife, Cheryl of Boulder, Colo.; a grandson, Tyler of Dalton Briskie of Boulder Colo.; and a sister, Mary Thomas of Fairchance.
Mrs. Briskie was a former employee of the Bell Telephone Company, for 30 years, and was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church.
Friends will be received in the JEROME W. SHELL FUNERAL HOME, 164 South Mt. Vernon Ave., Uniontown, on Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m., on Sunday from noon to 2 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m., and on Monday until 11 a.m., the hour of service, with the Rev. Allen S. Owens officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Lawn Cemetery.
