Margaret Planey, 85, of Perryopolis, Pa., died Thursday, December 18, 2003, at the Uniontown Hospital. She was born July 7, 1918, in Perryopolis, Pa., the daughter of the late Peter and Mary Yuhasz Toth, Sr.

Margaret was a member of St. Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church of Perryopolis and an avid bingo player.

She is survived by a brother, Ronald J. Toth and his wife, Joan of Perryopolis, Pa.; a sister-in-law, Irene Toth of South Bend, Indiana; several nieces and nephews: Paul (Corky) Toth and wife Mary Kay of Perryopolis, Pa., Michael D. Toth and wife Sandra of Belle Vernon, Pa., Lisa G. Toth of Belle Vernon, Pa., Mary Ellen Marcin and husband Brian of Canonsburg, Pa., Anna Marie Toth of Perryopolis, Pa., and Joseph A. Toth of Miami, Fla.; several great nephews and nieces: Matthew P. Toth of Greensburg, Pa., Michael Toth of Belle Vernon, Pa., Jennifer Toth of Castle Shannon, Pa., Stephanie Marcin, and Marissa Marcin both of Canonsburg, Pa.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Planey on May 20, 1990, and two brothers, Peter P. Toth, Jr. on March 11, 1980, and David J. Toth on April 26, 2000.

Friends will be received in the BLAIR-LOWTHER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 106 E. Independence St., Perryopolis, Pa., Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., where a funeral service will be held Monday at 10 a.m., with the Rev. Father Robert E. Halus officiating. Interment will be in the St. Nicholas Cemetery, Perryopolis, Pa. Panachida Service will be held Sunday evening at 7:30 p.m.
