Clyde J. Sanner, 88, of Uniontown, Pa., died Thursday, December 18, 2003 at his residence.

He was born June 14, 1915.

Mr. Sanner was retired from Ohio Edison in Warren, Ohio, and was a Veteran of World War II.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Alex W. Sanner and Margaret E. Broderick Sanner, his loving wife, Ruth L. Fields Sanner, three brothers, John, William and Wilbert Sanner, and a sister, Violet Morgan.

Surviving are a brother, Harold R. Sanner and his wife Helen B. Sanner of Jeannette, Pa.; a sister Margaret E. Sanner Manning of Beaver, Pa.; nephew, F. Scott Judy and wife Patricia Judy of Hibbs, Pa.; numerous nieces and nephews; and his caregivers who loyally cared for him: Joan Danko, Chris Morrison and especially Sara Mari; and also a special neighbor, Cindy Watts.

Also a “Thank You” to the Fayette Home Care Hospice Team for their care and support!

Friends were received in the JEROME W. SHELL FUNERAL HOME, 164 South Mount Vernon Avenue, Uniontown, Pa., on Thursday from 6 to 9 p.m.

Funeral Services will be held in the Funeral Home on Monday, December 22, at 2 p.m.

Private interment will follow in Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown.
