New baby Billie Keith Holbert and Tonya Lindsay announce the birth of their son, Austin James Holbert, born Dec. 12 at Uniontown Hospital. Grandparents are Jake and Bonnie Lindsay of Smithfield and Keith and Diane Holbert of Oliphant Furnace.

Birthdays

Noah William Zamora, son of Mr. and Mrs. Josh Zamora, was 1 year old on Dec. 7. He is the great-grandson of Tom and Gerry Slebodnik of Uniontown and Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Shaw of Hopwood. Noah’s father celebrated his birthday on Dec. 5.

William Joseph Spaw of Espanie, Calif., celebrated his birthday on Dec. 6.

Sam Spaw of Shalimar, Fla., was a birthday celebrant on Dec. 6.

Susan Moscalink of Greensburg will be a birthday celebrant on Christmas Day.

Kay Homistek of Uniontown will also celebrate her birthday on Christmas Day.

Chrissi Williams of Pittsburgh will be a birthday celebrant on Dec. 29.

John Paul Tupta of Charleston, W.Va., will celebrate his birthday on Dec. 30.

Evelyn Pavlak of Latrobe will be a birthday celebrant on Dec. 31.

Dec. 31 marks the birthday of Sister M. Anastasia, Vincentian Sisters, Perrysville.

The Gems League bowlers will return on Jan. 8.
