Catherine Elizabeth Woods, 83, of Bentleyville, Pa., died at 3:45 p.m., Monday, Dec. 22, 203, in the Mon Valley Care Center. Mrs. Woods was a 1939 graduate of Donora High School and graduated from the Douglas School of Business, Charleroi, in 1941. She retired as a bookkeeper after 22 years of service to the Singer Company, in Charleroi.

Surviving are a son, David Louis Woods and his wife, Elaine of Byfield, Mass.; one sister, Edith Weygandt of Winston Salem, N.C.; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received from 1 to 3:30 p.m., the time of services on Saturday, Dec. 27, 2003, in the Greenlee Funeral Home, 619 Main St., Bentleyville, Pa.
