Judi D. Tokarcik, age 60, of Uniontown, Pa., died Tuesday, December 23 2003.

She was born on August 27, 1943 in Brownsville, Pa., daughter of Albert Tokarcik and Anna Kopnicky Tokarcik.

Judi was a Veteran of the Vietnam War and a member of General George C. Marshall AMVETS Post 103 in Hopwood, Pa.

She is survived by three Children: Kim Basinger of Texas, Andrea Davis, Houston, Pa., and Jodi Gasper, McDonald, Pa.; five Grandchildren; three Sisters and a Brother.

A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, December 29, at 12 Noon in the Chapel of LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pa., with Rev. Fr. Patrick O’Connor officiating.

Inurnment will follow in Chapel of Peace Mausoleum, LaFayette Memorial Park.

Full Military Honors will be accorded by AMVETS Post 103, Hopwood, Pa.

Arrangements are under direction of the SKIRPAN FUNERAL HOME, Cherry Tree Lane, Uniontown, Pa.
