Louis J. Mauro
Louis J. Mauro, age 71 years, of Mays Landing, New Jersey, died Friday, December 26, 2003 in Atlantic City Hospital, Mainland Division, Atlantic City, New Jersey. Born in Hammonton, New Jersey, he lived in Connellsville, Pa., for 35 years before moving to Mays Landing two years ago.
Louis owned and operated Luigi’s Restaurant in Connellsville, Pa., until his retirement two years ago.
He was a Veteran of the United States Army who served from 1953 to 1955.
He is survived by his Wife, Michelle Graham Mauro; one Son, Louis Mauro and his wife Terri of Connellsville, Pa.; two Stepsons: Charles Ritenour and his fianc?e Deanne Tony of Newport News, Virginia, and Brad Ritenour of Pittsburgh, Pa.; one Brother, Carl Mauro of Mays Landing, New Jersey; three Sisters: Mary Mauro Benedetto, Rachel Mauro Piccaro and Virginia Mauro Pagano all of Hammonton, New Jersey; two Grandchildren: Louis and Ryan; and his personal Friends: Adam Murphy and John Logan both of Connellsville, Pa.
Relatives and Friends are invited to attend his viewing at the MARINELLA FUNERAL HOME INC., 102 North Third Street, Hammonton, New Jersey 08037 (609-561-1311) on Monday evening beginning at 6:30 p.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, December 30, at 9 a.m. in Saint Joseph Roman Catholic Church, North Third Street, Hammonton, New Jersey.
Interment will follow in Greenmount Cemetery, Hammonton, New Jersey.
