Dorothy Budinsky
Dorothy Budinsky, age 89, of Pittsburgh, Pa., passed away Sunday, February 2, 2003 in St. Clair Memorial Hospital, Pittsburgh. She was born April 9, 1913 in Brier Hill, Pa., a daughter of Andrew Budinsky and Sophia Slanina Budinsky.
Dorothy was a member of The Church of The Resurrection, Pittsburgh, and was formerly employed as a Nurse at Magee Womens Hospital, Oakland, Pittsburgh.
Her parents and two brothers, Joseph W. Budinsky and John Budinsky, preceded her in death.
Surviving are two sisters: Eleanor Fagan of Pittsburgh, Pa., and Elizabeth Duke of Merrittstown, Pa.; four brothers: Stephen G. Budinsky of Indiana, Pa., Edward F. Budinsky of Pittsburgh, Pa., Robert Budinsky of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Albert Budinsky of Pittsburgh, Pa.; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received in the ROBERT T. KISH FUNERAL HOME INC., Legion Street, Republic, Pa., today from 7 to 9 p.m., Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday, February 5, until 12:30 p.m. when a Prayer Service will be held.
A Funeral Mass follows at 1 p.m. in Holy Rosary Church, Republic, with Rev. Fr. Stephen Bugay as Celebrant.
Interment will be in Holy Rosary Cemetery.
Parish Wake Service will be held on Tuesday at 8 p.m.
