Louis V. Auer Jr., 73, of Mount Pleasant RD 1, died Sunday, February 2, 2003, in Westmoreland Regional Hospital, Greensburg. He is survived by six sons, Louis V. Auer III of San Mateo, Calif., Mark A. Auer of Southwest, Maurice V. and Karl S. Auer, both of Greensburg, John D. Auer of Mammoth and Frederick J. Auer of Cave Creek, Ariz.; three daughters, Mrs. Mark (Victoria L.) Garsteck of Calumet, Mrs. Lee (Lynnette M.) Lowe of Donegal and Mrs. Michael (Mary Frances) Stolitca of Connellsville; 22 grandchildren; and three brothers, Frank Auer of Boardman, Ohio, Carl Auer of Fountain Hills, Ariz., and John T. Auer of Mesa, Ariz.
Friends will be received at Eugene G. Saloom Funeral Home Inc., Main Street, Mount Pleasant, today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
