Doreen Klinedinst, a fifth-semester medical insurance management major at Laurel Business Institute, was named January student of the month by the faculty and administration of the school. Klinedinst, who will graduate in February, maintains a 4.0 grade-point average and has an overall quality point average of 3.73. She has earned dean’s list honors each semester.
“Doreen puts forth 100 percent effort in the classroom and is one of the most conscientious students we have here. She overcomes easily the pitfalls many students can fall into. We expect her to do very well in the professional world,” said Mary Jo Barnhart, Laurel Business Institute student services coordinator.
