George C. Billups
George C. Billups, age 76, of Ellsworth, Pa., a Veteran of the United States Army who served during World War II and saw action in the Phillipines, retired Plant Superintendent from Kane-Miller Corporation Meat Processing Plant in Warren, Michigan, and was born in Pittsburgh, Pa., died Saturday, February 8, 2003 at 11:20 a.m. in Washington Hospital, Washington, Pa. On November 6, 1954 he married Sara Kerns Billups, who survives.
Also surviving are two children: Lorraine Billups Scorza of Ellsworth, Pa., and Mark Billups of Macomb, Michigan; grandchildren: Stephanie Scorza, Matthew Billups and Craig Billups; and a brother, Curtis Billups of Maricopa, Arizona.
Friends will be received in Greenlee’s Bentleyville Funeral Home Ltd., 619 Main Street, Bentleyville, Pa., today from 2 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, February 11, until the Service at 11 a.m.
