Mary Maschue Schad
Mary H. Maschue Schad of Penn Craft, Pa., passed away Saturday, February 15, 2003 in Brownsville General Hospital.
She was born in Johnstown, Pa., daughter of Michael Maschue and Anna Zaradnik Maschue.
Mary was a member of Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church in Republic and the Penn Craft Community Center.
Her husband, Roderick J. Schad, and parents preceded her in death.
She is survived by a son and two daughters: Roderick F. Schad of Penn Craft, Jeanne Bauer and husband, John, of Mount Lebanon, Pa., and Joanne L. Hendren of Clarksville, Idaho; three grandchildren: Alan Hendren, Lyn Marie Bauer and Steven Bauer; great grandchildren: Brian Bauer and Bethany Bauer; and a brother, John Maschue of Johnstown.
Friends were received in the DEARTH FUNERAL HOME, New Salem, Pa., on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and will be received today, February 17, until 9:30 a.m. when brief prayers will be said.
A Mass of Christian Burial follows at 10 a.m. in Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church, Republic, with Rev. Fr. Stephen Bugay as Celebrant.
Interment will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pa.
Parish Wake Service was held Sunday afternoon at 3 p.m.
