Man injured
State police said Jerome Culp of Clarksville sustained serious injuries after vehicles operated by Culp and James Gayman collided on Route 221 east of Hull Run Road at 3:50 p.m. Feb. 17. According to police, Culp was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the car. Gayman sustained no injuries, police said.
North Union Twp.
Man charged
According to police, Daniel Collins of Fairchance was charged with allegedly driving under the influence and with driving at an unsafe speed at 10:50 p.m. Thursday. Police said they found Collins intoxicated after his vehicle crashed into a tree along Route 51. Collins sustained minor injuries, police said.

Underage drinking
State police said Jill Davis, 18, of Jefferson; Michael Peeples, 18, of Carmichaels; Keith Nett, 18, of Waynesburg; and a 15-year-old from Naples, Fla., were charged with alleged underage drinking after police pulled their car over along Route 21 at 11:55 p.m. Feb. 15.

Man to be charged
State police said a 28-year-old man from Marianna will be charged with terroristic threats, simple assault, reckless endangerment and harassment because the man allegedly threatened to kill Bobbi Jo Price, 26, of Marianna. According to police, the man rammed the back of Price’s vehicle that contained three juveniles while driving on Pine Street between 3:45 and 4 p.m. Feb. 14.

Couple arrested
According to state police, Richard Nicklow, 39, and Rachel Nicklow, 31, both of Carmichaels, were arrested for disorderly conduct at 11:15 p.m. Tuesday.

Two charged
State police said Cindy Yeager, 37, and Bobby Willy, 21, both of Waynesburg, were charged with harassment at 4:21 p.m. Feb. 17 after allegedly becoming involved in a verbal and physical dispute.

Woman uninjured
State police said Kelley Stanton of Dunbar was not injured when her vehicle struck a tree along Scott Run Road around 11:30 p.m. Friday.
Springfield Twp.
Vehicle recovered
State police said they found a stolen 1987 Chevrolet Blazer belonging to Patricia Mahaffey of Mount Pleasant parked along Killarney Road at 7:30 p.m. Saturday. The investigation is pending, said police.

Vehicle destroyed
State police said they found a stolen 1988 Chevrolet Blazer belonging to Alexandra Jordan, 32, of Connellsville parked at the intersection of Hillview Road and Roger’s Mill Road. The vehicle was completely burned and the tire rims were missing, said police.

Alcohol stolen
State police said someone broke into Rohanna’s Restaurant along Rolling Meadows Road and both stole and broke several bottles of liquor and beer between 11:30 p.m. Feb. 13 and 5 a.m. Feb. 14.

Car damaged
Robin McDonald, 26, of Waynesburg told state police someone scratched the front and passenger side of her vehicle while parked along Bonar Avenue at Eighth Street and fled the scene between 6 p.m. Feb. 14 and 5 p.m. Feb. 17.

Hit-and-run probed
While driving along Wood Lane at 6:06 p.m. Tuesday, James Dickey of Nemacolin told state police someone crashed into his vehicle and fled the scene. Police said Dickey’s vehicle had a six-inch scratch on the right, rear side.
