Sylvester A. Joseph
Sylvester A. Joseph, age 62, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away Saturday, February 22, 2003 in the Uniontown Hospital. He was born February 6, 1941 in Brandonville, West Virginia, son of Beason and Lilly Cupp Joseph of Uniontown, Pa.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife, Elaine Tomasek Joseph, and six children, Wayne Joseph of Keisterville, Pa., Edward Joseph and fianc?e, Juliann, of Collier, Pa., Jeffrey Joseph and fianc?e, Mary Ellen, of Collier, Robert Joseph of Uniontown, Brian Joseph and wife, Denise, of Grindstone, Pa., and Jennifer Kroftcheck of Fairchance, Pa.; five grandchildren; six sisters and two brothers: Leona Spiker and husband Merrill and Thelma Wingrove all of Uniontown, Betty Jenkins and husband, Paul, of Markleysburg, Pa., Mildred Hutchings and husband, Barry, of Uniontown, Raymond Joseph of Dunbar, Pa., Carol Thorpe and husband, Harry, of Mount Braddock, Pa., Donald Joseph and wife, Darlene, of Greensburg, Pa., and Belinda Workman and husband, Dallas, of Uniontown.
He was predeceased by an infant son, William, and a brother, Robert Joseph.
Friends will be received in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, Hopwood, Pa., today from 7 to 9 p.m., Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday, February 26, until 11 a.m., the hour of the Service with Pastor Roger Yeager officiating.
Interment will follow in Pennsville Independent Cemetery.
