Dorothy A. (Pensock) Zorichak
Dorothy A. (Pensock) Zorichak, 77, of Uniontown, passed away peacefully, Monday, February 24, 2003, in the Uniontown Hospital. She was born on May 17, 1925, a daughter of the late John and Agnes (Kozear) Pensock.
In addition to her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel J. Zorichak in 1986; and three brothers, William, Albert and John Pensock.
Dorothy was a life member of St. Mary (Nativity) Church of Uniontown. She was a member and Past President of St. Mary Christian Mothers. She was also a member of the Rosary Altar Society of St. Mary (Nativity) Church.
She was a kind and devoted mother and grandmother, who loved her family very much. Her loving spirit will be very much missed and held dear in our hearts.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Ronald Zorichak and wife, Terry, Samuel J. Zorichak Jr., and Maureen M. Zorichak, all of Uniontown; two grandchildren, Roxann Fetty and husband, Dave of Ohio, and Michelle Zorichak of Uniontown; and one sister, Marie Hrics of Uniontown.
Friends will be received in the HAKY FUNERAL HOMES INC., A Dignity Memorial Provider, 139 West Fayette St., Uniontown, today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and again on Friday, February 28, 2003, until 9:30 a.m., when Prayers of Transfer will be said. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10 a.m., in St. Mary (Nativity) Church, Uniontown, with the Rev. Fr. Micah E. Kozoil as Celebrant. Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Uniontown.
The Rosary Society will recite the Rosary today at 3:30 p.m., in the funeral home. The Christian Mothers will recite the Rosary today at 7:30 p.m., in the funeral home.
